Welcome to the First HSP hosted Midyear Convention and LiveRun 2025 from the Queen City of South-Cebu!

This midyear convention is a milestone event that brings together leading experts, dedicated clinicians, and healthcare professionals to advance the field of gastroenterology and hepatology. This year’s convention, themed “Horizons in Hepatology: Modern Innovations of Old Diseases” , will be held on September 26–27, 2025, and promises to be a dynamic and enriching scientific gathering.

As we confront the evolving challenges in liver health—from viral hepatitis elimination to breakthroughs in MAFLD and HCC management—this convention will serve as a vital platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and inspiration. With thoughtfully curated sessions, international and local expert speakers, and engaging symposia, we aim to equip every participant with the latest in evidence-based practices and innovations in liver care. Whilst, we enjoy history, vibrant sceneries and rich culture of Cebu, truly an amazing city for exploring and learning new horizon in Gastroenterology and Hepatology!

After the conference, on July 28, as part of our ongoing advocacy to promote liver health and wellness, LiveRun 2025 will also take place in the vibrant and historic city of Cebu. Every step you take helps raise awareness on conditions like fatty liver disease, viral hepatitis, and liver cancer—and empowers more Filipinos to take charge of their liver health.
