Cancellation of Congress Attendance:

• Cancellations must be made in writing to hepatology2006@gmail.com with subject name "CANCELLATION OF HSP MYC 2025 ATTENDANCE" addressed to the registration committee stating the reason for cancellation.
• The registration fee minus 30% processing fee will be refunded if cancellation is requested and approved on or before September 26, 2025.
• NO refund will be given after this date.
• Refunds will be issued after the convention.
• In the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, the HSP MYC 2025 organizing committee reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the dates of the event.
• The HSP MYC 2025 organizing committee will not be responsible for compensating any costs or damages that the cancellation or rescheduling will incur.
